How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are completed in 1–2 days, weather permitting. Larger or complex roofs can take longer — we’ll give you a clear schedule up front.
Do you offer workmanship and manufacturer warranties?
Yes. We register CertainTeed product warranties and back our labor with a LIFETIME workmanship warranty. Your proposal will list both in writing.
Can you help with storm damage or insurance claims?
We document damage with photos/video and provide detailed scope/estimate language your insurer understands. You always stay in control of decisions.
What ventilation and underlayment do you use?
Ventilation systems (both intake and exhaust) will meet or exceed local code and CertainTeed warranty standards. We install CertainTeed's Integrity Roofing System, including ice & water matched to CertainTeed system and local code guidelines.
